Agreement

Reverser Space is currently independently operated by Duckie. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

If you do not agree, do not upload content or use the service. Customer-specific written agreements control where they conflict with these public terms.

Authorized and acceptable use

You may analyze only software, binaries, data, systems, and accounts that you own or are explicitly authorized to examine. You are responsible for complying with applicable law, licenses, contracts, and organizational policy.

You must not use Reverser Space to:

  • Access, attack, disrupt, surveil, or damage systems or data without authorization.
  • Deploy malware, steal credentials, evade lawful safeguards, or facilitate harm.
  • Probe other users' workspaces or bypass permissions, quotas, isolation, or security controls.
  • Upload content that you lack the right to process or publish.
  • Use public sharing to distribute malware or unlawful material.

Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, infrastructure, third parties, or the service.

Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for account activity and for protecting passwords, tokens, agent connections, API keys, and share links. Notify [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant Reverser Space the limited permission necessary to store, copy, analyze, execute, transform, and transmit that content solely to provide features you request, secure the service, and meet legal obligations.

Private workspaces remain private unless an authorized user grants access, creates a share link, or publishes a writeup. You are responsible for public content and for ensuring it does not expose restricted, personal, copyrighted, or dangerous material.

Agents and generated results

AI agents and analysis tools can be incomplete, incorrect, unsafe, or vulnerable to adversarial input. You must review results before relying on them for security, legal, operational, or deployment decisions.

You are responsible for the model providers and credentials you choose. Their services and data handling are governed by their own terms. Permission controls reduce risk but do not make agent output authoritative.

Plans and payment

Paid features, limits, prices, and renewal terms are shown before purchase or stated in a written pilot agreement. Third-party model usage may be billed separately by the selected model provider. Except where required by law or agreed in writing, fees already incurred are non-refundable.

Availability, changes, and termination

The service is provided on an early-stage basis and may change, experience interruptions, impose capacity limits, or discontinue features. No service-level commitment applies unless agreed in writing.

You may stop using the service at any time. Reverser Space may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, security risk, non-payment, legal requirement, or material harm to the service or others.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of analysis results. Reverser Space is not responsible for decisions made solely from generated analysis or for third-party services selected by the user.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any customer-specific liability terms must be agreed in writing.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Material revisions will update the effective date and, when appropriate, be communicated through the service or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
